Dosan-daero 23-gil might sound like just another address, but it’s actually perfectly positioned between the shopping madness of Apgujeong and the nightlife scene around Gangnam Station. I mean, you can walk to Garosu-gil in about ten minutes, and that tree-lined street is where you’ll find some of the city’s best cafes and boutiques. The subway connections are solid too, which matters when you’re trying to explore different neighborhoods.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel space — and I mean that as a huge compliment. There’s this attention to detail in the design that you don’t usually see at this price point, with clean lines and thoughtful touches that make the space feel bigger than it actually is. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (sometimes you never know with boutique places), and the bathroom had this modern, almost spa-like quality to it. What really impressed me was how quiet everything was, despite being in such a central location.
