I mean, everything from the floors to the bathroom fixtures has that pristine, untouched quality that you rarely find in Seoul‘s accommodation scene, especially at this price point.

The location on Songridan-gil is honestly genius if you’re planning to hit multiple spots around Seoul. I was there for a long weekend and ended up walking to Seokchon Lake early one morning – it’s maybe fifteen minutes on foot, and the cherry blossoms were just starting to bloom. The whole area feels residential enough that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds right outside your door, but you’re still close enough to Lotte World that you can actually hear the faint sounds of the roller coasters on busy days (don’t worry, it’s not loud enough to keep you awake). What really surprised me was how easy it was to get to Olympic Park – there’s this local bus route that most visitors don’t know about, and the front desk staff actually told me about it instead of just pointing me toward the subway.

The rooms themselves are, well, exactly what you’d expect from a 3-star place that’s clearly been renovated recently. Nothing fancy, but everything works perfectly, and honestly, after spending days walking around Seoul, that’s all I really needed. The beds are firmer than what you’d find in most Western hotels, but that’s pretty standard here. The bathroom had one of those high-tech toilet seats that I still haven’t figured out completely, but hey, it’s the thought that counts. One thing I really appreciated – and this might sound weird – is that the air conditioning actually gets cold. I’ve stayed in places where you’re basically paying for a glorified fan, but this place keeps it properly cool even during those brutal Seoul summers. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters when you’re trying to navigate the subway system or translate menus. I did notice the walls are a bit thin – you can hear conversations from the hallway – but it quiets down pretty early in the evening since it’s not really a party crowd staying here.

  This place was really good, it was complete from shampoo to iron to medical kits. I was really exceptional and my mom and sis was happy. The place was warm and cozy.

  問い合わせやお願いへのレスポンスが大変早く、対応は的確です。キッチン、洗濯機があり洗剤など消耗品も十分あり長期滞在にとても良いと考えます。KSPOドームのライブに行くために滞在しましたが、会場へも地下鉄とバスで行くことができていいです。蚕室が近いので日用品からお土産まで購入することが可能です。仁川国際空港や金浦国際空港からのアクセスもわかりやすいです。
