Brand New 2 Bedroom Apartment #6 Overview
You know what really surprised me about Brand New 2 Bedroom Apartment #6? It actually lives up to its name – everything feels genuinely fresh and untouched, not like those places that claim to be “newly renovated” but still have that slightly tired edge. I mean, when you walk in, there’s that clean smell that’s not overpowering with chemicals, just… clean. The floors have that perfect shine without any scuff marks, and honestly, I found myself being extra careful with my coffee cup because I didn’t want to be the first person to leave a ring on anything.
The space itself is pretty generous for what you’d expect from a 2-bedroom setup. The main bedroom actually fits a proper suitcase-unpacking session without you having to shimmy around the bed, which – let’s be real – is rarer than it should be in apartment rentals. The second bedroom works perfectly if you’re traveling with friends or family, though it’s a bit snugger (but in a cozy way, not a cramped way). What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup – it’s not just the bare minimum with two burners and a mini-fridge. You can actually cook a proper meal here, and there’s counter space to chop vegetables without doing some weird balancing act. The living area flows nicely from the kitchen, so you’re not stuck in separate boxes, and the couch is actually comfortable enough for those lazy evenings when you don’t feel like exploring.
Here’s the thing though – and this isn’t necessarily a criticism, just something to know – since everything is so new, there aren’t really any personal touches or character details that make you feel like you’re somewhere special. It’s sort of like staying in a really nice, clean slate. Some people love that minimalist vibe, others might find it a bit sterile. The location can be a bit tricky to find initially since the building doesn’t have the most obvious signage, but once you figure it out, you’re golden. Parking was surprisingly straightforward, which honestly made my day since I’d been dreading that whole urban parking nightmare. The 8.8 rating makes total sense to me – it’s the kind of place that delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises, but maybe doesn’t have those little wow moments that push it into the 9+ territory. If you want a reliable, comfortable base that’s genuinely clean and well-maintained, this is definitely your spot.

Very clean !Raquel from Switzerland (9/10)
The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Joe was a fantastic host. He is incredibly hard working, making sure that everything is running well. He took time to give me information and support. For example, I missed an appointment, and he helped me contact the person. He gave me restaurant suggestions and tips. He made sure the drinking water dispenser was full and that we had fresh towels. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was great. I would definitely go back and stay there if I return.

It was my first time in Korea. We really had a great time in this house. Everything was as described, the rooms were clean, everything worked. I really thank Victor and Sprouta. They stopped by the house on the first day and gave us information about everything. We felt really safe at home. Victor He always responded to messages quickly and helped me immediately when there was a problem. The location of the house is good, it is within walking distance to bus stops and the metro. Thank you again for everything ✨

Prime location. Easy to get to multiple bus stops, as long as you're ok with some hills. The hosts Joe and Viktor were super sweet and caring. They were easy to contact and very helpful with recommendations. The place itself was spacious and incredibly clean. Thank-you for having us!

We had a great stay at Joe's apartment. The flat is attached to the main house with its own private entrance, which made coming and going very easy. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Joe was an excellent host, reaching out ahead of time to ensure we had all the details needed to find the flat and settle in. He was always quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made our stay that much smoother.
The location is unbeatable right at the foot of Namsan Tower, with a lively neighborhood vibe. It's within easy walking distance of Itaewon and Banpo Bridge, buses and subway which made it a perfect base for exploring the city’s sights and nightlife.Haruka from Japan (4/10)
Host is kind and the room was enough for 3pp.
