Everything works, it’s spotlessly clean, and the beds are actually comfortable – which, let me tell you, isn’t always a given even at pricier places in this neighborhood.

What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re in the heart of party central. The building’s set back just enough, and they’ve got decent soundproofing. I was worried I’d be listening to drunk college kids all night, but I slept like a baby.
